For units out of warranty, a $125 diagnostic fee & return shipping charges shall be quoted and charged to the customer prior to any diagnosis is made. If repairs are approved by the customer the diagnostic fee will be applied towards the repairs made.
Please do not ship accessories (DVD drives, hand straps, carry cases, etc) or the power supply.
All Return to Stock items are subject to restocking fees.
Please be sure to pack the items with proper packing materials to protect items being shipped. Please put the RMA number on the top of your package and insure your package, DuraTech USA will not be responsible for lost and damaged package during shipping.
